ABC's Grey's Anatomy is adding another member of the Shondaland extended family to its ranks.

Actress Marika Dominczyk has been tapped for a mysterious role on the veteran medical drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Details about who she will play, how many episodes she'll participate in and when she will make her debut are being kept under wraps.

Dominczyk — who is married to Grey's Anatomy alum and Scandal regular Scott Foley — counts roles on Brothers & Sisters, The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Who Do You Love. She's repped by ICM Partners and 3 Arts. Foley played Henry on seasons seven and eight of Grey's before going on to Scandal.

Dominczyk becomes the latest member of the Shondaland extended family to officially join the family. Her casting follows Adam Shapiro, who joined wife Katie Lowes with a role on Scandal. Additionally, casting director Linda Lowy is married to Scandal regular Jeff Perry.

Dominczyk joins a beefed up Grey's guest list in season 13 that includes Tessa Ferrer, who is returning to reprise her role as Leah; and Bridget Regan. It's unclear if Regan, Ferrer or Dominczyk will play Arizona's (Jessica Capshaw) new love interest.

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
