This Is Us will give viewers more Deja in its third season.

The NBC hit has promoted Lyric Ross to a full-time member of the cast for season three. Ross had a recurring part in 2017-18 as Deja, the teenage girl Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) took in from the foster system.

The show's second season ended with Deja moving in full time with Randall and Beth, but also with a lot of pent-up anger at her mother (Joy Brunson) over the situation, some of which came out at Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby's (Chris Sullivan) wedding.

Ross is the second actor to get a promotion on This Is Us in the past week. Melanie Liburd, who appeared in the season two finale as Beth's cousin — and Kevin's (Justin Hartley) girlfriend in a flash-forward sequence — will also be a regular in season three.

Ross' role as Deja earned her a Teen Choice Award nomination earlier this year for breakout TV star. Prior to This Is Us, the actress appeared on Chicago Fire and Sirens and in the indie film Rogers Park. She is repped by Gray Talent Group.

This Is Us begins its third season on NBC on Sept. 25.
