With just a short amount of time left in office, Vice President Joe Biden is hitting the late-night circuit.

Biden will make his first appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, it was announced on Monday.

The Vice President has recently been hitting the campaign trail for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as election day nears. This will mark Biden's second appearance on NBC in as many days. He will appear as himself on Wednesday's episode of Law & Order: SVU.

Biden's last late-night appearance came nearly a year ago when he appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert during Colbert's first month at CBS.

His appearance on The Tonight Show follows Clinton's Sept. 19 visit and Donald Trump's Sept. 15 visit.

The Tonight Show airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
