Lifetime Orders Teen 'Project Runway' Spinoff, Renews 'Project Runway All Stars'

Lifetime is ordering more Project Runway.

The network has greenlit a younger spin-off of the fashion design competition series, Project Runway Junior. Slated for this fall, the new series will showcase designers ages 14 to 17. Tim Gunn will serve as the show's co-host and mentor to the teen talent alongside co-host and supermodel Hannah Davis. Judges include Christian Siriano and Aya Kanai, executive fashion editor at Cosmopolitan and Seventeen Magazine. Production will take place this summer in New York.

Lifetime has also renewed Project Runway All Stars for a fifth season to premiere early 2016. Host Alyssa Milano will return with judges Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman, and mentor, Marie Claire senior fashion editor, Zanna Roberts Rassi.

Project Runway Junior is produced by The Weinstein Company, Sara Rea Productions and Full Picture. Executive producers include Bob WeinsteinHarvey WeinsteinPatrick Reardon and Barbara SchneeweissSara ReaJane ChaDesiree Gruber and Gunn. Eli LehrerMary Donahue and David Hillman of Lifetime will also executive produce.

Project Runway All Stars is produced by The Weinstein Company and Bunim/Murray Productions. Executive producers are Harvey and Bob Weinstein, Reardon, Schneeweiss, Jonathan Murray, Gil Goldschein and Rob BagshawLehrer, Donahue and Hillman of Lifetime will executive produce as well.

Flagship series Project Runway will return for its 14th season on August 6 at 9 p.m. with hosts Heidi Klum and Gunn and judges Nina Garcia and Zac Posen.
