Lisa Kudrow and Dan Bucatinsky's Is or Isn't Entertainment banner is putting down roots at Sony Pictures Television Studios.

The longtime friends and producing partners have signed a multiyear first-look deal with the studio. Under the pact, their company will develop new scripted TV projects for broadcast, cable and streaming outlets.

"We are excited to be in collaboration with a studio with a proven commitment to unique and specific voices, originality and a freedom to develop a wide range of projects across all platforms," Bucatinsky and Kudrow said Tuesday in a joint statement. "It’s certainly how we’ve approached our projects for the nearly 15 years since we’ve been partners.”

Founded in 2003, Is or Isn't Entertainment's first series was HBO's The Comeback, which was recently revived at the premium cable network. Kudrow and Bucatinsky's credits also include creating and producing web series turned Showtime comedy Web Therapy (which starred Kudrow as well) and unscripted hit Who Do You Think You Are, which aired on NBC and transitioned to TLC in 2013. The company most recently partnered with Dan Savage for web series It Got Better, a follow-up to the viral LGBT-themed It Gets Better campaign.

Bucatinsky (who won an Emmy for his guest turn on ABC's Scandal) is repped by CAA, Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management and attorney Robert Myman; Kudrow (a multiple Emmy nominee for Friends, The Comeback) is with CAA and attorney Mark Gochman.
