'Agent Carter's' Lyndsy Fonseca to Star in Syfy Drama 'The Haunted'

Lyndsy Fonseca has found her next TV gig.

The Agent Carter grad is set to star in Syfy's drama pilot The Haunted, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Jessica Jones alum Elizabeth Cappuccino has also signed on for a series regular role.

Ordered to pilot in September, The Haunted is a supernatural horror-drama from author James Frey about four siblings who reunite following their parents' deaths. As they try to overcome their fractured personal relationships, they find that they also must face the literal ghosts from their past in order to survive.

Fonseca will play Juno Bradley, a woman of science who is forced to come to terms with a new perspective on the world after she realizes she can no longer rely on facts alone.

In addition to her most recent series regular role on the ABC Marvel drama, her credits include Nikita, How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives, Grandfathered and both Kick Ass films. She is repped by ICM Partners, Management 360 and Morris Yorn.

Cappuccino will portray the series regular role of Hester Bradley, Juno’s sister, who is searching for a purpose and determined not to miss out on the fun. Best known for playing young Jessica Jones in the Netflix series, her other credits include Deception. She is repped by Paradigm and Anonymous Content.

The Magicians scribe Noga Landau penned the pilot for The Haunted and will co-exec produce the UCP project. Author James Frey and Todd Cohen of Full Fathom Five will exec produce.
