Game Show, from Core Media Group division B-17 Entertainment, will launch with eight half-hour episodes. The series takes a page from Billy Eichner's Billy on the Street and hits the streets of New York City, luring unsuspecting contestants to push the limits for cash. David Magidoff and Derek Gaines will host and present people with challenges and irreverent games, offering cash in exchange for what MTV says is "contestants' dignity." B-17's Rhett Bachner and Brien Meagher will exec produce alongside MTV's Lauren Dolgen, Colin Nash, Kristina Edwards and Jennifer Russakoff.

Todrick, meanwhile, will use its eight half-hour episodes to put the spotlight on Hall, taking viewers into the making of his weekly YouTube videos. The docuseries will focus on Hall and his faithful crew as they write, choreograph, style and direct full-scale productions every week — all while balancing side jobs to pay the bills — to try to make their dreams come true on their own terms.

The series hails from Brian Graden Media's Graden, Danny Salles, Lois Curren and Gaurav Misra, who exec produce alongside Braun, Hall, Danny Rose as well as MTV's Dave Sirulnick, Ryan Kroft and Jonathan Mussman.

For Braun, the series marks his second this season behind CBS' freshman drama Scorpion.

"Broke A$$ Game Show and Todrick have only one thing in common — they each have incredibly fresh and fun creative forces behind them,” said MTV president of programming Susanne Daniels. "We love the hilariously imaginative, unusual games in Broke A$$, and we’re excited to bring Todrick's tenacious energy and multidimensional talent to MTV for his first-ever series."

Hall is repped by UTA.
