Snooki is returning to the Jersey Shore, but this time she means business.

FYI has ordered a new unscripted series starring Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and her husband Jionni Lavalle, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip will follow the reality TV star-turned-interior designer and entrepreneur and her husband as they start a new business together flipping homes on the New Jersey shore. With their own money at stake, the couple will have to juggle home renovations with raising their two young children.

Production has already begun on the eight-episode order. The series, produced by eOne, is slated to premiere in early 2016.

John Morayniss, Tara Long and Mark Herwick will executive produce for eOne. Polizzi, Lavalle, Antranig Balian and Cameron Kadison will also executive produce alongside Gena McCarthy, James Bolosh and Lauren Wohl for FYI.

Polizzi previously spent three years on the famous Jersey Shore when she starred on the MTV hit reality series of the same name. Polizzi, who met her husband while filming the series, went on to headline a spinoff, Snooki & Jwoww, with costar Jennifer Farley. She also competed on Dancing With the Stars in 2013.

"With spending so many summers growing up at the shore, and then finding love there with Jionni, we couldn't think of a more perfect place to start our business together,” said Polizzi. “Jionni has always wanted to flip houses, and with my love for interior design and do-it-yourself crafts, this project is a dream come true. We are excited to bring our passions to television and can’t wait for our fans to see us on this new journey.”

Polizzi is the latest reality star to head to FYI, which is also home to several original home renovation series. In January, the A+E-owned network will premiere Khloe Kardashian's new primetime talk show, Kocktails With Khloe.

“Millennials have grown up with Nicole, and we’re excited to now partner with her and Jionni as they start their first business flipping homes together,” said McCarthy. “With Nicole’s crafty and creative ideas and Jionni’s background as a contractor and builder, this series combines renovation, design, and family comedy in a unique docuseries approach to the home makeover genre.”
