Ohio State Band Performs Amazing TV Tribute Halftime Show

From 'Dragnet' to 'Game of Thrones,' the OSU band plays classic themes and scenes

The Ohio State University football team may have opened the season with a loss, but the university marching band’s halftime show was a winner.

The renowned band dedicated its halftime show to classic television, playing a selection of themes from Dragnet to Game of Thrones and re-creating famous scenes and logos. The intricate Lone Ranger finale is a spectacular example of coordinated marching.

The band, known as the "best damn band in the land" and the largest all-brass and percussion marching band in the country, often performs pop culture tributes at halftime.
