Rashida Jones and Will McCormack's Le Train Train banner is picking up right where it left off last development season.

The Warner Bros. Television-based shingle has sold its second project this season, teaming with The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel writer Ol Parker for a drama set up at ABC, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Receiving a hefty put-pilot commitment from the network, the untitled entry is described as a serialized drama that follows the lives of individuals and couples dealing with love in interrelated tales all set within and around a half-century-old bookstore in Pioneer Square, Seattle. It's a show about love — the search for love, the struggle to sustain love, and the magic of love.

Parker will pen the script for the WBTV drama and executive produce alongside Le Train Train's Jones and McCormack, with the company's executive vp development Jeff Grosvenor on board as a co-EP.

Parker previously penned Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and its sequel, which is set to bow in spring 2015. He's repped by UTA, Management 360 and the U.K.'s Knight Hall Agency.

Jones and McCormack, who previously wrote and produced feature Celeste and Jesse Forever, had multiple sales across broadcast and cable last season. The Parker drama marks their second sale this season, joining a restaurant family dramedy also set up at ABC. The duo's first exec produced-series, NBC's buzzy A to Z, premieres next week. Jones, who next stars in TBS' Tribeca, is repped by UTA and attorney James Adams. McCormack is with UTA and attorney Erik Hyman.
