There may be trouble between Queen Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Lola (Anna Popplewell) on The CW's Reign.

The Hollywood Reporter has a first look from Thursday's episode, titled "The Lamb and the Slaughter," which includes the moment Mary breaks the news to King Francis (Toby Regbo) that she's pregnant with their child.

In the still, Lola follows up on a gut instinct when red flags start to go off after Lord Narcisse (Craig Parker) introduces his new bride Estelle (Camille Stopps). (Estelle was one of the women who cared for Lola during her childbirth.) As a result of Lola's actions, events begin to unfold that force Mary to re-examine their friendship.

Reign airs 9 p.m. Thursdays on The CW.
