RuPaul is developing a daytime talk show.

The Emmy-winning host of RuPaul's Drag Race is currently testing a talk show pilot for Telepictures, the syndication production arm of Warner Bros. that is also behind Ellen DeGeneres' talk show. Should the project move forward, it would eye a fall 2019 release and would be shot in front of a live audience.

The talk show will consist of a mix of celebrity interviews, beauty and glam tips, games and pop culture dish — and frequent RuPaul collaborator Michelle Visage will likely play a significant role in it.

RuPaul has a number of other television projects in the works. In addition to RuPaul's Drag Race, he has the Netflix comedy series AJ and the Queen that he will star in, write and executive produce alongside Michael Patrick King. RuPaul also has a series in development at Hulu with J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot that is loosely based on his own life.

Variety first reported the news of RuPaul's daytime talk show.
