'SNL' Pays Tribute to George H.W. Bush

The latest installment of NBC's Saturday Night Live included a George H.W. Bush tribute in the wake of the former president’s death on Friday.

“President Bush was always a warm and gracious man who understood the power at laughing at yourself,” "Weekend Update" co-host Colin Jost said.

SNL then shared clips of former castmember Dana Carvey doing his recurring Bush impression on the show, including Bush's reaction to the impersonation.

In 1992, Carvey was invited to the White House following an impression he did of the 41st president. "Dana has given me a lot of laughs," Bush said during the occasion. "And the fact that we can laugh at each other is a very fundamental thing."
