Timothy Hutton Returning for 'American Crime' Season 3

John Ridley is keeping his core American Crime players together for season three.

Season three of the series will be set in North Carolina and center on labor issues and economic divides as well as individual rights. Plot details are being kept under wraps.

Hutton joins American Crime leading lady Felicity Huffman as well as Regina King and Richard Cabral as setting their third-season return.

"John and I are thrilled to have Tim return to season three," American Crime executive producer Michael McDonald said Monday in a statement.
