TV Land's 'Younger' Finds Subscription Streaming Home on Hulu
Younger is headed to Hulu ahead of its season-four premiere.
Past episodes of the TV Land comedy are now available to stream on Hulu as part of an exclusive pact between Viacom and the subscription video service.
Younger, which hails from Sex and the City creator Darren Star, stars Sutton Foster as Liza, a 40-year-old woman who pretends to be 26 in order to return to the competitive New York publishing world after taking time off to raise her daughter. Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Nico Tortorella, Peter Hermann and Molly Bernard also star.
The new season, which premieres June 28 at 10 p.m., will see a lineup of guest stars including Kristin Chenoweth, Charles Michael Davis, Aasif Mandvi and Jennifer Westfeldt. The fourth season of Younger, which has already been renewed for a fifth season, will be made available to stream on Hulu following its run on TV Land.
Younger is executive produced by Star, Tony Hernandez of Jax Media, Dottie Zicklin and Eric Zicklin.
The show joins a growing list of titles that have made Hulu their exclusive subscription streaming home, including The Carmichael Show, The Exorcist and Fresh Off the Boat. Those are in addition to Hulu's rights to the full libraries of classics Seinfeld and Golden Girls.
