TV Ratings: 'Big Brother' Perks Up on Sunday

With another outing of primetime preseason football, NBC easily won Sunday night. The network's coverage of the Bengals-Jaguars game averaged a 1.7 rating among adults 18-49.

The night's biggest outing of all was Big Brother. CBS' one-hour episode of the reality show took a 2.0 rating in the key demo, inching up from last Sunday. CBS also had a new 60 Minutes, the night's most-watched series at 7.8 million viewers.

ABC's trio of game shows was steady after a dip for Celebrity Family Feud. Both Feud and $100,000 Pyramid took a 1.0 rating among adults 18-49 before Match Game brought in a 0.9 rating.

CBS kicked off its night with lingering NFL coverage. That took a 1.7 rating among adults 18-49.
