The complete summer lineup continues to come into focus, with CBS' Big Brother the latest to return to the schedule. Airing the first of three weekly broadcasts on Wednesday night, the voyeuristic reality series topped the evening with a 2.0 rating among adults 18-49.

Compared to last summer's first episode at bat (2.3 adults), that's a 13 percent drop. It didn't shed any viewers, however, drawing a slightly improved audience of 6.8 million — its highest since 2012. The new lead-in didn't goose The Briefcase. It was flat with a 0.9 rating in the key demo at 9 p.m.

The night's only other new outings were all steady with the previous Wednesday. Fox had MasterChef (1.4 adults) and Bullseye (0.9 adults), while ABC plugged in a new Celebrity Wife Swap (0.9 adults) after comedy encores.

An America's Got Talent clip show averaged a 1.3 rating with adults 18-49 for NBC.
