TV Ratings: 'Dancing with the Stars' Up, 'The Following' Falls

Dancing with the Stars' ratings are heating up as the competition series nears its season finale. The ABC show averaged a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49, increasing two-tenths and leading into a steady season finale of Castle (1.4 adults).
However, it was another unscripted hit – The Voice (2.4 adults) – that snagged honors as the top-rated broadcast series of the night. The Night Shift (1.2 adults) was flat. On Fox, there was no Revenge-like cancellation bump for a double showing of The Following. At 8 p.m, the thriller (1.0 rating) was down one-tenth. At 9 p.m., the series dipped again to a 0.9 rating.

2 Broke Girls (1.6 adults) was even for CBS, but Mike & Molly (1.7 adults) rose two-tenths. Stalker (1.3 adults) and NCIS: Los Angeles (1.4 adults) were steady.
Season finales of The Originals (0.5 adults) and Jane the Virgin (0.5 adults) were both flat for The CW.
