TV Ratings: 'Game Night' Inches Up, 'Hell's Kitchen' Finale Down From Last Year

UPDATED: The Fox competition grows, week to week, and wins the night -- but finishes just shy of the 2012 ender.

A two-hour Hell's Kitchen won the night for Fox. The finale, averaging a 2.2 rating with adults 18-49 and 5.4 million viewers, was up by a tenth of a point in the key demo. The series was down from last year's ender by three-tenths -- though Thursday's TV usage was down by a more dramatic 25 percent from last September, when it aired.

CBS sandwiched a steady episode of Big Brother (2.4 adults) in between encores, averaging out to a 1.7 rating with adults 18-49 and 6.3 million viewers for Thursday night.

Wipeout (1.0 adults) was off by one-tenth of a point on ABC, before steady outings of Motive (0.8 adults) and Rookie Blue (1.1 adults). ABC averaged a 1.0 rating with adults 18-49 and 4.7 million viewers.

NBC's The Winner Is (0.9 adults) was steady at 9 p.m., while Hollywood Game Night (1.3 adults) inched up by a tenth of a point. The network pulled a 0.9 adults rating and 3.5 million viewers.

Encores gave The CW a 0.3 rating with adults 18-49 and 772,000 viewers.

Univision averaged a 1.4 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.7 million viewers. Telemundo averaged 0.6 adults rating and 1.5 million viewers.
