TV Ratings: 'Glee' Gets Small Lift for 100th Episode

The Fox comedy improves -- as does "The Goldbergs," "Trophy Wife," "NCIS: LA," "About a Boy" and "Growing Up Fisher."

A steady episode of The Voice led Tuesday night with an average 3.5 rating among adults 18-49. The NBC competition led into boosted episodes of About a Boy (2.2 adults) and Growing Up Fisher (1.8 adults) -- up a respective two- and one-tenths of a point. Chicago Fire (1.9 adults) also held even, giving NBC an average 2.5 demo rating and 9.1 million viewers.

CBS scored the most viewers (13.98 million) and second-place status in the demo (2.1 rating), starting with a mostly steady NCIS (2.4 adults) -- off just a tenth. NCIS: L.A. (2.3 adults) rose two-tenths of a point and Person of Interest (1.8 adults) moved up a tenth of a point.

With a minor Marvel special as its lead-in, The Goldbergs (1.6 adults) and Trophy Wife (1.0 adults) still both improved by a tenth of a point on ABC. Mind Games (0.7 adults) dropped a tenth, giving ABC an average 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.3 million viewers.

The 100th episode of Glee (1.1 adults) improved two-tenths of a point from last week's series low on Fox. Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.1 adults) dropped a tenth of a point with a New Girl repeat for a lead-in. Fox took a 1.0 rating in the key demo and 2.4 million viewers.

The CW had new episodes of The Originals (0.7 adults) and Supernatural (0.8 adults), both down a tenth, for an average 0.7 rating with adults 18-49 and 1.8 million viewers.
