TV Ratings: 'Gotham' Finale Rises, CBS Comedies Hit Lows

The Fox drama rises to a two-month best while 'Mike & Molly' slips to its softest same-day score.

Gotham closed out its freshman season on Fox, rising two-tenths of a point from the previous week to its best same-day showing in two months. The one-hour episode of the heavily time-shifted series averaged a 1.7 rating among adults 18-49 ahead of a steady The Following (1.1 adults).

The Voice nabbed another Monday win for NBC, averaging a 2.3 rating among adults 18-49. That was down three-tenths of a point from the week before, ahead of a steady Night Shift (1.3 adults). Both Dancing With the Stars (1.9 adults) and Castle (1.4 adults) were also steady on ABC.

2 Broke Girls matched last week's same-day series low 1.6 rating in the key demo, while Mike & Molly (1.5 adults) fell two-tenths of a point to a low of its own. A David Letterman special also brought a 1.5 rating with adults 18-49.

The CW brought even episodes of The Originals and Jane the Virgin — both of which nabbed a 0.5 rating in the key demo.
