It barely stretched a half-hour into primetime on the east coast, but strong overrun from Sunday night's PGA Championship helped propel CBS to a ratings victory.

With an average 1.8 rating among adults 18-49, it led into an even bigger showing for Big Brother. Averaging a 2.0 rating among adults 18-49, the reality show was off two-tenths of a point from last week.

Bachelor in Paradise (1.3 adults) held up on ABC, as did Save My Life: Boston Trauma (0.7 adults) — and, on Fox, the Teen Choice Awards landed even with last year's 0.8 rating in the key demo.

NBC aired its Ed Sheeran concert special, Live at Wembley Stadium, to the tune of a 0.5 rating with adults 18-49.
