Fast affiliate ratings have Fox's American Idol down 13 percent from last week's results show for a 4.0 rating among adults 18-49, though history shows that number will likely climb a tenth of a point or two when finals come in. As for the official premiere of Kiefer Sutherland's Touch that followed Idol, it was not as strong as its January preview (when TV viewership was almost 10 percent higher), but it easily won its hour and topped all other scripted offerings. It posted a 3.2 adults rating, down 18 percent from its 3.9 preview.
