The finale of The Voice on Tuesday matched the ratings for the end of its spring cycle and topped all of primetime in total viewers. The Bachelorette, however, led the key ad demographic of adults 18-49.

The Voice averaged 7.27 million viewers and a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49 for NBC, on par with the 7.54 million and 0.9 for its most recent finale in May. (The fall 2019 edition closed with 8.66 million viewers and a 1.3 in the demo.)

On ABC, The Bachelorette's 1.1 in the 18-49 demographic was down a little from a week ago, but it grew its total audience slightly to 4.43 million viewers. Big Sky also added viewers, growing to 3.96 million from 3.51 million a week ago, and held at 0.6 in the 18-49 demo.

Nothing else on the broadcast networks — mostly a mix of acquired shows and reruns — got above a 0.4 in the demo. CBS' benefit concert special Play On earned a 0.3 in adults 18-49 and 2.26 million viewers.

The Rachel Maddow Show led cable in total viewers, with 3.46 million people tuning in to MSNBC at 9 p.m. History's The Curse of Oak Island was the top cable show in adults 18-49 at 0.5. TNT got decent returns for a pair of NBA preseason games, averaging a little under 900,000 viewers.
