UnREAL is back. Well, almost.

After an extended hiatus, Lifetime on Tuesday announced that the third season of the reality-skewering series will premiere Monday, Feb. 26, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The cabler also unveiled the official trailer for season three, which for the first time will center on a suitress (Masters of Sex's Caitlin FitzGerald) rather than a suitor.

A single and successful business woman, Serena promises to give Everlasting producers Quinn (Constance Zimmer) and Rachel (Shiri Appleby) a run for their money, along with some "golden television" moments, according to the trailer. "This season is a game-changer," it goes on to say.

Other new additions to the UnREAL team include Graceland grad Brandon Jay McLaren as Everlasting's new on-set psychologist, as well as new showrunner Stacy Rukeyser, who takes over for Carol Barbee. Behind the scenes, co-creator Sarah Gertrude Shapiro and Appleby will also helm again, joined by Zimmer, who is making her directorial debut this coming season. As part of Lifetime's Broad Focus initiative, Hanelle M. Culpepper (EmpireQuantico) and Sheree Folkson (Doctor Who) also each directed.

Season three will debut almost 19 months after the end of the show's critically divisive second season. "They took super big swings, and I appreciated it for all of what they tried to do," Zimmer told The Hollywood Reporter in June of season two. The Emmy-nominated actress also praised new showrunner Rukeyser for her "incredible" work on the forthcoming season, saying, "We all know what we want the show to be and it’s about who can step up and protect it, and Stacy is there to protect it."

Lifetime seems to agree, having already renewed the hourlong for a fourth season, which is set to begin production this month in Vancouver.
