USA's upcoming soft-scripted comedy Donny! has cast three recurring roles, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Described as a Curb Your Enthusiasm-style series, Donny! stars Donny Deutsch as a fictional version of himself. The half-hour project takes a satirical look at the media, wealth and modern romance through the eyes of Deutsch's character, a single dad who hosts his own daytime talk show, also titled Donny!

On camera, he is an expert on every topic, from cellulite to sexting; off-camera, he’s a filterless rogue who lives in entertaining contrast to almost everything he espouses publicly. Surrounding him is a team of women who work tirelessly to cover his tracks, but he still finds a way to make bad decisions with good intentions.

Hailey Giles will play Jackie, Donny's top assistant and his first line of defense against crazy ex-wives and messy calendars. She's in charge of managing his finances, art, TV appearances and, more often than not, his ego. The most assertive members of his team, Jackie is never afraid to speak her mind or beat him in a bet — especially if it means winning a pair of Louboutins.

Jessica Renee Russell (Evil, I) will portray Violet, the newest and most naive member of Danny's team of assistants. Perpetually eager to please, she smiles through each menial task and insult thrown her way. Although Donny loves that Violet always takes his sides in arguments, her attitude — or lack thereof — can grate on the other assistants' nerves.

Jacob Anderson is Jagger Deutsch, Donny's nine-year-old son. A budding tape dancer who marches to his own beat, Jagger is known for his big heart. Donny tries to protect his youngest from the world, but it's often the mature and gentle Jagger who ends up teaching his dad a thing or two.

Executive produced by Banks Tarver and Ken Druckerman of Left/Right (Odd Mom Out, Mob Wives), Donny! is set to premiere later this year.

Giles is repped by S+C Management. Russell is repped by Innovative Artists and Brownstone Entertainment Management.
