The Battle Round continued Tuesday night on NBC's The Voice. Coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson had to make difficult decisions about who to keep and who to steal.

Celebrity mentors Joe Jonas, Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus and Kelly Rowland continued to assist the coaches as they prepared artists for battle. The artists who advanced Tuesday night will compete in the Knockout Round in a few weeks.

The first Battle came from Team Jennifer. Hudson matched Maharasyi and Davon Fleming, giving them “I’m Your Baby Tonight” by Whitney Houston. Rowland noted that she sang this classic when auditioning for Destiny’s Child. Hudson warned Fleming against taking up too much space. Even though they’re technically competing against one another, Battle partners have to work together for it to be a truly good performance.

In their final performance, Fleming and Maharasyi improved a lot on the blending front. They both had good stage presence and tone, but Fleming stood out as the stronger performer. “Y’all shut it down, and I am very proud,” said Hudson. She chose Fleming as the winner, and Maharasyi went home.

Brandon Showell and Hannah Mrozak from Team Adam were up next, singing “Cold Water” by Major Lazer. Levine came up with an interesting arrangement of the song. Both Showell, who got engaged between the Blind Auditions and this round, and Mrozak, who also competed in a season of American Idol, sounded strong in rehearsal. Mrozak, however, stood out in the final performance, really connecting with the lyrics and giving it her all.

Hudson said she would choose Showell, but Levine chose Mrozak and Showell went home. In Battles that were not fully aired, Team Adam’s Dave Crosby and Dylan Gerard competed, and Gerard advanced. Team Blake’s Esera Tuaolo and Rebecca Brunner faced off, and Tuaolo advanced. Team Miley’s Chloe Kohanski and Illianna Viramontes sang “I Am Woman,” and Kohanski advanced.

In the final Battle of the night, Team Blake’s Dennis Drummond and Mitchell Lee sang Counting Crows' “Mr. Jones." Heading into the Battle, Shelton said it would be his toughest decision yet. Both artists showed a lot of improvement between their first and final rehearsals, and Drummond in particular came out of his shell. In their final performance, both brought a lot of experience to the stage and showcased their vocal strengths in addition to killing it on their guitars. “You guys are so captivating and amazing to watch,” Hudson said. Shelton struggled with his decision but ultimately chose Lee. Drummond was stolen by Levine and stayed in the competition.
