Chris Evans’ Dog Greeting Him After a Lengthy Shoot Is Adorable

Chris Evans returned home from a 10-week shoot on Sunday and his dog, Dodger, freaked out — in turn, fans’ hearts melted. 

The Capitan America actor has posted plenty of photos on social media of his fur baby — and even accidently broke everyone’s heart when one post seemed to imply Dodger had died. Turns out, the pup was fine and the Internet pulled itself together. 

Evans had been out of the country on a shoot, but it is unclear for which film. It may have been for Avengers 4, but Evans also has other films in the works, so that is not for certain. 

The tweet of the dad and kid reunited blew up; the post almost had 10,000 retweets minutes after it was up. 

Evans is an avid social media user who often uses the platform to share his outrage over political and social issues, such as the Trump presidency and white nationalist celebrations.
