CBS/ScreenshotWhile appearing on The Late Late Show on Wednesday night, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard were confronted spontaneously by a T. rex about what exactly happened during the Jurassic World shoot.
James Corden introduced another special guest: a fake dinosaur named Tony Rexton who had a beef with the two actors (but was very cool with New Girl actor Jake Johnson, who was also on the couch).
“I went to a screening of Jurassic World right before this — guess what? They cut me out of the movie completely!” noted the dinosaur, who apparently played Pratt’s onscreen brother, Alan. “We were both velociraptor trainers, saving the world and becoming closer as family members at the same time.
“I’ll tell you why I was cut from the movie — because Mr. Eight-Minute Abs doesn’t like sharing the screen with someone more handsome than him! I got news for you, you piece of shit, I got news for you: You’re ripped, and you might be on the cover of GQ lookin‘ all gorgeous, but you’re still a piece of shit.”
Pratt, who also got called “a basic bitch,” improvised wonderfully about the cut role. So did Howard, who was told she gave the T. rex “the most magical night of my life. … Why won’t you answer my text messages? Do you know how hard it is to text with arms this short?”
