The 69th annual Golden Globe Awards will take place Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012. Nominees for the various film and television categories will be announced Dec. 15.

Other key dates announced Thursday by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association include a Dec. 16 deadline for media credential applications, the Nov. 9 Cecil B. DeMille award announcement and a Jan. 11 deadline for the return of ballots.

The deadline for motion picture and television submissions is Friday, Nov. 4.
