Alan Rickman stopped by The Tonight Show on Tuesday to settle a score with Jimmy Fallon.
The director and star of A Little Chaos confronted the host about the impression Fallon does of him — particularly about his “Alan Rickman-off” with Benedict Cumberbatch back in October 2013.
“Apparently, these are the Jimmy Fallon truth-telling machines,” said Rickman of the helium-filled balloons below.
“It’s because you were on the show, and then Benedict brought up that we were both fans of yours,” explained Fallon later — but only after trying very hard to get Rickman to say “Harry Potter” at a higher register, thanks to the helium.
Watch the video below, followed by Cumberbatch’s Rickman impression in 2013.
