Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation. unveiled a clip of their upcoming adaptation of Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli‘s Batman: Year One.
The movie features Bryan Cranston, Ben McKenzie, Eliza Dushku and Katee Sackhoff in the voicecast and is directed by Lauren Montgomery and Sam Liu.
Year One is the 12th entry in the successful series of DC universe animated originals and adapts the 1987 four-issue story that showed Bruce Wayne first strutting his wings as Batman, taking on mob families, meeting with Catwoman and striking a friendship with rising police officer James Gordon.
The movie had its premiere at Comic-Con and comes out October 18 as a Blu-ray combo pack, DVD, download and On Demand. (So you can’t really escape it.)
