Ben Stiller took to Twitter and Instagram on Friday morning to confirm the casting of Penelope Cruz in Zoolander 2. This followed months of speculation over whether the actress had joined the comedy sequel.
Cruz will join Stiller, Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell in the movie, which is scheduled for release on Feb. 12, 2016. Stiller is set to direct and is co-writing the film with Justin Theroux. The duo last teamed up on Tropic Thunder in 2008.
