Sherlock fans have been patiently waiting for the next installment of the series — which will come in the form of a special — and star Benedict Cumberbatch revealed he’s getting started on filming now.
PopSugar asked the actor if he’s been planning his wedding to theater director Sophie Hunter in the midst of award season. “One thing at a time,” he replied. “I’m playing Sherlock now — just about to start — so my main focus is going to be on that.”
As much as BC’s fans are excited he’s so happy about his recent engagement, they are likely even more thrilled that he is currently prioritizing his BBC series. The return to apartment 221 can’t come soon enough.
