Berlin is ready for a 1960s flashback.
Brian Wilson of Beach Boys fame and Scottish singer Donovan are making the trip this year to the Berlin International Film Festival.
Wilson will attend the gala premiere of Bill Pohlad‘s Beach Boys biopic Love & Mercy, in which Paul Dano plays Wilson. The film, which premiered in Toronto last year, will screen in Berlin on Feb. 8.
Donovan will attend the world premiere of Otello’s Secret, a documentary about Rome’s legendary restaurant Otello alla Concordia. The Yellow Mellow singer is a regular guest at Otello, which has played host to the greats of Italian cinema, from A for Michelangelo Antonioni to Z for Franco Zeffirelli.
