The show’s host brought up a specific passage in Olivia Munn‘s 2010 collection of personal essays, Suck It, Wonder Woman!: The Misadventures of a Hollywood Geek.

In the book, Munn details a relationship she had with a famous Hollywood director when she was just starting out in Hollywood. The star claims the director masturbated in front of her while eating raw shrimp.

For his part, Ratner admitted to dating Munn, but says the other, more sordid details of the relationship were made up.
“I used to date Olivia Munn, I’ll be honest with everybody here,” he said. “But when she was ‘Lisa,’ that was the problem. She wasn’t Asian back then. She was hanging out on my set of ‘After the Sunset,’ I banged her a few times … but I forgot her. Because she changed her name, I didn’t know it was the same person, and so when she came and auditioned with me for a TV show, I forgot her, she got pissed off. And she made up all these stories about me eating shrimp and masturbating in my trailer. And she talked about my shortcomings.”

“I get it, you know,” he added. “She’s bitter.”
But, according to Ratner, he’s not.
Ratner went on to say that “she’s a lovely, nice girl,” though made the distinction “it’s not the same girl that I met actually, Olivia and Lisa are two completely different girls, just so you know.”
