First, it’s pills — getting them and popping them, one by one by one. Then, it’s piecing together the life of late support group member Nina (Anna Kendrick), which requires confronting her husband, played by Sam Worthington. “I’m not a stalker, not in the traditional sense,” she tells him, but he then responds, “I can’t save you — I can barely save myself and my kid.”

Her final quest? Herself, as she’s asked by her therapist, “Do you want to get better? Really?“
The Daniel Barnz film also stars Chris Messina, Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Mamie Gummer and Adriana Barraza.
