The gowns just keep on coming at Cannes. And there’s another whole week of premieres and parties to come.
At the premiere of Madagascar 3, seasoned carpet walker Jane Fonda (styled by Tanya Gill) sparkled like an ingénue in a red sequined Roberto Cavalli couture design.
Madagascar voice talent Jessica Chastain (styled by Elizabeth Stewart) paired a Giorgio Armani couture gown with Chopard jewelry. Her classic sideswept waves and red lips were the perfect touch.

And Naomi Watts, MIA from the red carpet for the past few years, made a spectacular re-entry in a Marchesa Fall 2012 gown.
The fanciful feather-encrusted dress featured a tulle train and a feather hem. Watts wore her blonde hair in a ’20s style finger-waved updo, all the better to show off her stunning Chopard necklace.
So who wins the best-dressed award in this fashion face-off? They all look amazing — but for us, the winner is Chastain, who captured the essence of classic old Hollywood glamour with her gown’s simplicity and elegance.
