SquareOne in Germany and Moviestar in Spain have pounced on Versailles, the new drama series from French pay TV giant Canal Plus.
The two pre-sale deals were announced by Zodiak Rights, which is selling the project in Cannes.
The historic drama, set in the court of King Louis XIV, was created by showrunners Simon Mirren (Criminal Minds) and David Wolstencroft (Spooks).
Jalil Lespert, director of Yves Saint Laurent, directed the first, 10-episode season. Claude Chelli and Anne Thomopoulos produced.
The English-French drama will premiere on Canal Plus in France later this year.
