Actors Carrie Fisher and Bill Paxton, directors Jeff Nichols, Nathan Morlando and Asaph Polonsky and producers Lars Knudsen, Jay Von Hoy, Peter Saraf, Joshua Astrachan, Carter Logan, Lynette Howell and Shivani Rawat will be among the industry figures appearing at The American Pavilion during the course of the Cannes Film Festival.
The American Pavilion’s discussions and one-on-one in conversations will take place in the Roger Ebert Conference Center and are open to all AmPav members. The lineup also includes executives from Participant Media and the Casting Society of America with moderators from The Hollywood Reporter, Variety and Indiewire, among others.
The AmPav spotlight will shine on such features as Loving, Mean Dreams and One Week and a Day and also include discussions about virtual reality, women in film, film music, documentary film and film financing.
Queer Night, the annual gay dance party, will take place on Sunday, May 15.
