If Tim Roth can sneak away from his duties as head of the Un Certain Regard jury, he’s likely to be found huddling with director Jennifer Lynch, since he’s been tapped to star in his next project A Fall From Grace, which is looking to begin filming this summer in St. Louis, Mo.
Roth is to play a homicide detective on the trail of a serial killer.

“It’s about a lot of dark, taboo issues, but it’s really a drama about wounds,” says Lynch, who’s scheduled to be joined by Roth, schedule permitting, for a Wednesday panel at the American Pavilion.
Eric Wilkinson has written the screenplay and will produce the project with his Apothecary Films partner David Michaels.
