Cable has officially arrived and his filming is underway for Deadpool 2.
Fans clamoring for the sequel to the 2016 Marvel anti-hero film knew production had already started on the highly anticipated follow-up, but they only got their first glimpse at Josh Brolin as Cable on Monday when star Ryan Reynolds shared a few photos.
On Tuesday, Reynolds continued his teases with a photo of the (super-jacked) Brolin on set, chilling with what appears to be a little Deadpool dummy (or is that a person wearing a Deadpool costume)?
“The camera really does add 10 pounds,” Reynold wrote. “Josh Brolin and I love to just hang out and chat between takes. He calls me his lil‘ Shake Weight.”
Fans have been getting hyped for weeks thanks to both Reynolds and Brolin sharing photos of their preparation for the film and looks at new characters, such as last week when the Merc with a Mouth actor shared the first official look at actress Zazie Beetz as Domino.
Deadpool 2 has a June 1, 2018, release date.
