Duality, an upcoming short film featuring narration by New Age guru Deepak Chopra, will be made into a feature film by the same producers.
The short, written by Sarah Lynn Dawson and directed by Emad Asfoury, centers on a man traveling between different universes against his will. The project will receive its world premiere during a special screening event in June in Los Angeles.
Chopra, an author and alternative medicine expert, will also participate in the feature film.
“I feel lucky and blessed to have Deepak Chopra be a part of our project. The Duality script is a unique one, visual poetry, and I wanted to create a piece of art that is open to interpretation on the part of the viewer,” said director Asfoury.
Here, The Hollywood Reporter debuts a clip from the short film, which was produced by Basil Moore and executive produced by Peymaneh M. Rothstein.
The short stars martial artist Jon Foo, (Extraction, Tekken) and Don Most, best known for his work on Happy Days.
