Goodbye Christopher Robin, Fox Searchlight’s previously untitled A.A. Milne biopic, is gearing up for an awards season run.
The Simon Curtis-directed feature, starring Domhnall Gleeson as the Winnie the Pooh creator, will hit theaters in North America on Nov. 10.
The movie, which also stars Margot Robbie and Will Tilston, playing the young Christopher Robin, follows the Milne family as they are swept up in the international success of the books, which bring hope and comfort to England in the wake of WWI.
On its release date, Goodbye Christopher Robin will be going up against Will Ferrell’s Daddy’s Home sequel and the Jennifer Lawrence spy drama Red Sparrow.
