The first Human Centipede movie still has people talking and twisting their faces in disgust. Even from people who have never seen it. So there’s no telling how long the lingering effects will last with this full trailer for The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence.

The sequel, which had its premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin last week, is shot in black and white and plays with the memories of the first film. In the sequel, the director Tom Six‘s first film was only a film. But this time, a sick loner named Martin, who’s the movie’s number one fan, is determined to create his own human centipede.
