LONDON – Ginger Corbett, one of the most familiar faces on the international movie scene and a veteran film and awards campaigner, is leaving Premier PR to pursue other personal projects.
Corbett, often seen escorting international luminaries of the film world up various red carpets including myriad tours of duty at the Festival de Cannes, leaves to finish a book she is researching.
She said she will not be disappearing from the scene entirely, occasionally working with Premier on selected projects.
Corbett has been with Premier since 2001, when her agency Corbett & Keene, which she co-founded with Sara Keene in 1988, was folded into Premier.
Premier PR chairman John Reiss described Corbett as being “very much part of this company’s DNA.”
