Andrew A. Kosove, Broderick Johnson and Cynthia Sikes Yorkin will receive the Hollywood Producer Award for their work on Blade Runner 2049, directed by Denis Villeneuve and starring Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford. Additionally, Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber will receive the Hollywood Screenwriter Award for their work on The Disaster Artist, based on the real-life story of filmmaker Tommy Wiseau and starring James Franco.
James Corden is set to host the awards for the third consecutive year. The event will take place at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
As previously announced, Coco and Mudbound have been selected as the recipients of the animation award and the breakout ensemble award, respectively. Mary J. Blige will receive the breakout performance actress award for her work in the latter film as well.
Other honorees this year include Sam Rockwell, who will receive the supporting actor award for his role in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri; Allison Janney, recipient of the supporting actress award for her role in I, Tonya; and Timothee Chalamet, who will be given the breakout performance actor award for his role in Call Me by Your Name.
In addition, the cast of I, Tonya — including Margot Robbie, Janney, Sebastian Stan, Paul Walter Hauser, Julianne Nicholson and Caitlin Carver — will receive the ensemble award.
Additional honorees for the 21st annual Hollywood Film Awards, produced by Dick Clark Productions, will be announced in the coming weeks.
This year’s ceremony will benefit the Motion Picture & Television Fund, which supports the entertainment community in living and aging well, with dignity and purpose, and in helping each other in times of need.
