Want a piece of The Hunger Games? If you have $1.4 million, the entire 72-acre town used as Katniss’ District 12 village can be yours.
Henry River Mill Village, located near Hildebran and about 70 miles away from Asheville, N.C., was used in Lionsgate’s big-screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins‘ bestselling novel and has now been put up for sale.
The Associated Press reports that though the mill burned down in 1977, more than 20 buildings still remain, including the company store.

Since Hunger Games mania hit, eager fans have visited set locations where the film was shot, but the 83-year-old property owner Wade Sheperd of Henry River Mill Village isn’t exactly cashing in on the throngs of people. “I’m getting too many visitors,” said Shepherd.
Additionally, the state’s Division of Tourism has designed a four-day tour that takes visitors to several different locations in North Carolina that was used for filming, including Triple Falls, the forests around Bridal Veil Falls and spots in Transylvania County, to name a few.
