Jennifer Jason Leigh will be honored at the Capri-Hollywood International Film Festival for her latest role in The Hateful Eight.
Leigh was named best supporting actress and will receive her award on Tuesday night at the festival.
The actress has also received a BFCA Critics Choice and Golden Globe nomination for her role as a wanted prisoner of a bounty hunter played by Kurt Russell in the Quentin Tarantino film. The title also stars Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Roth, Bruce Dern and Channing Tatum.
“The experience of being in one of Quentin’s films and a part of this phenomenal cast was rewarding in and of itself, but to be honored by such an incredible institution as the Capri-Hollywood Film Festival makes it all the more meaningful,” Leigh said.
The Hateful Eight opened in a 70mm limited release on Christmas Day and will go wide on Dec. 31 with a 35mm digital print.
