Alan died Sept. 26 of throat and mouth cancer in Tampa, Fla., actor-producer Mark Terry told The Hollywood Reporter.
At age 68, Alan flipped a car off a pipe ramp for a stunt in the film Live Evil (2009), which was produced by Terry, who called the stuntman “one of my first teachers in this business.”
